In Posada Guadalupe, we are organizing a magnificent evening with a great gala dinner of NEW YEAR'S EVE inspired by our land, the Matarraña, with cotillion, grapes and party in our disco, both for hosted clients and for all those who wish to attend prior reservation.

Our proposal to say goodbye to the year 2021, It's a traditional festive menu of Matarraña plus two brushstrokes of fish and seafood.

• We start with a WELCOME COCKTAIL, where Aragon beer will be served, wines and sparkling wines from Matarraña and vermouth from the lands of the Ebro.
• To snack we propose some delicacies of the land, along with recipes recovered with a new version of themselves:

* Hand-cut Teruel ham with a tasting of award-winning oils and Monroyo baked bread.

* A buffet of cheeses from our land.

* Mushroom and mushroom coca.

* Gildas in olive oil from Bajo Aragón.

* Farinetas cookie with foie gras and summer truffle.

* Salmon marinated by Marisa with tartar sauce

This PROPOSAL OF NEW YEAR'S EVE IN MONROYO are 110 Us $ per person. Also knowing that the night may be a little longer than normal, and always attending to the COVID measures we propose that you sleep in our house, What book a room and enjoy a winter sunrise in the Matarraña.

If you are staying in any of the towns near Monroyo such as Valderrobres, Beceite, Calaceite or Peñarroya de Tastavins and you want to come to the Posada Guadalupe to spend New Year's Eve, upon request you can request the Taxi service to return to your accommodation.
