In Monroyo, ham cutting competitions have been organized nationwide, always coinciding with the Fair in November. This year was different and took place during the summer season in our Garden of the Noguera.
This year 2022 we were proposed to host in our outdoor event space of La Noguera the annual contest that was held on 13 August, valid for the championship of Spain and whose winner obtained direct access to the final of Madrid.
It cost us nothing to provide the space as well as the furniture, lencería y asesoramiento y colaborar además en otros aspectos, all this selflessly trusting in the visibility of the event and in the consumption of drinks at the bar during it, that we sincerely thank our customers and visitors.
The event also fits perfectly with our philosophy, not in vain we are part of the Sustainable Restaurants Foundation, practicamos la economía circular y que mejor que apoyar el consumo de productos locales, in addition to the offer of the bar and restaurant, collaborating in an event of these dimensions promoting our Teruel ham.
