The next day 30 March, in the Posada Guadalupe, will give an initiation workshop to the cutting of ham the professional of the cut Fernando Guarc.

The cost of the workshop is 35€, in the course we will learn the anatomy of the pernil, the different ham holders and cutlery, we will have ham and the necessary tool to learn how to cut ham in a professional way.
